Cannot do their jobs

I had a parcel that was supposed to be delivered on Friday 29 May. When tracking it online it shows the delivery failed. Then on Monday it was on route again and online it showed that it failed. I called and spoke to Chad to find out what is happening and apparently the driver cannot find my address. Ridiculous. They have delivered to me before. Chad promised the parcel would be delivered before 10 the following day.<br> <br> That did not happen as Chad did not book it for delivery and when I called in after 10 Chad was not in. Then I spoke to a lady that promised delivery before 2 and that did not happen. At this point it seemed hopeless. A courier company that can not deliver because they don't know how to find an address. How do you guys run a business? I see you stopped responding to complaints on here.
