Bunch of ****mers!!

Very very bad service. It's over a week since I received the sms stating that my parcel is out for delivery!!! When you follow up they say its out today for delivery. Yesterday the driver said we must meet him in the township!! Imagine that!! I really believe that the driver had ****** my parcel from Samsung!!
