Bullies...and pathetic service !

My order took 12days to reach me, i called their offices many times and i was transfered to an agent who never picked up the call...i waited on the for 30 minutes before i could speak to someone and demanded that my order should be delivered ..by the time i got it...i was bul**** by the driver Xolani Nkosi...The guy demanded that walk to the gate to collect my order because he doesn't have time to drive in to the premises...On the tracking system ...the very same guy was loading and off loading my parcel for the past 5days...shoooo!....i hate their service and i wouldnt recommend it to anyone....
