Bring back Postal Service

Negative: Not Professional, Not Responsive.

We have ordered items from Cape Town on the 10th December 2024, completed the waybill information complete with the delivery address. Today is already the 16th of January 2025 and to-date we did not receive our order. Upon inquiry, we've learned that the courier had the wrong address indicated, which was not caused by us, and even communicating this shortfall via email to the courier company, they still did not manage to deliver. This is truly unprofessional and customer service is the worst that exists, even in South Africa, which actually says allot!
