Being messed around by Cell C and Courier it

I was told my Cell C package would be delivered on Tuesday, Tuesday I waited all day and nothing I called in the whole time these agents kept dropping the call in my ear

I called Wednesday they said they would send it back to cell c as per my request and that wasn't done

Thursday same thing as well as today

I have had the poorest service ever

I am so upset this is not okay
