Bad Service!!!!1

Pathetic Service from this courier, actaully pathetic is an understatement. We have been waiting for a package from Cell C, we have been calling the call centre numerous times and we are just always being transferred and being told that they will ask the driver to deliver at a particular time and nothing has been delived thus far. I spoke to Fusi and Zanele Mthimunye and a lot of othr people in the call centre and nobody wanted to transfer me to a supervisor or a senior person. We eventually got hold of the driver who then told us to go meet him at a police station as there are no scooters to ferry him to our place. I find this yutterly distasteful and totally unacceptable, we have been clients with CELL C for over 10 years now and have never had such problems, yet with courierit we are experiecing bad service, lack of proffessionalism and downright non care from its management. I wouldnt reccomend this company to anybody and mainly due none of the guys in management wanted to take accountability by just simply taking our calls.
