Bad service they don’t deserve any stars at all

I’m really not happy with the service from this company my parcel was received at their warehouse on the 25th of August and I was told that the delivery will be made on the 30th I made arrangements and even left work early and when I tracked the parcel it says no delivery due to no contact and my phone has been on since I left work and made sure that there was network the driver didn’t even try to contact me whatsoever I made a call the next morning on the 31st of August and I was told that the parcel will be delivered on the day later when I called I was told that the driver left without the parcel and it will be delivered on the 1st of September I have been making arrangements since and it just simply looks like these people don’t care about the companies that they are rendering services to istore should just change their courier company
