Bad Service - Stay away !!!!

Disgusting Service Received from the Port Elizabeth Branch in Walmer. My package is delayed for 4 days while it shows it is in P.E . I emailed , no response , i used online chat facility ,no response. I phoned in 4 times just to ask if the delivery is out for delivery as I needed it today and guess what ,the lady put down in my ear after holding on for the operations department for 8 minutes . Me and my company will not make use of your couriers again !!!!!
