bad service / staff does their own thing..no leadership!!!

I have been waiting for my order since Wednesday and every day there has been a different excuse. On Wednesday I spoke to someone who advised the delivery was not completed because the driver ran out of time. Yesterday I spoke to someone again who then advised there was an issue with the address yet the address on the app was correct. Today I dealt with somone else who advised she has spoken to the driver and the parcel will go out today. Now the tracking system says Monday. Note that I have made arrangements for my mum to come over to my place to receive this parcel and 3 days we’ve been let down.
