Bad service, lying and bad attitude

Bad service, and bad attitude from the call center, a guy by the name of Brownstone even **** to me about my goods which were to be delivered. The return time is very bad. For a week now. I still didn’t receive my parcel. When I call them they tell me it was sent to a wrong address but the address on the system which I gave them is the correct one. I’m very much angry and disappointed.
