Bad service, late delivery, no customer feedback.
Poor service, advised that my parcel was out for delivery on the 19th of November. Package did not arrive and this pattern repeated itself until the 25th when it was finally delivered in the evening. I tried texting and emailing the company with no reply. The driver could not explain why the delays and inconvenience. Avoid this company if you can. Waybill no. SI***8
