Bad service from Courierit

This company deserve to be closed down.. I have never seen such a useless company like courierit. They don't care about their customers at all. No wonder why they are still in business👀🤷.. My parcel was handed to them on the 12 July from Cape town, received by Joburg branch on the 14 July 2024. Since then, there was no movement on my parcel. Follow up emails sent daily, was promised that my order will be delivered Thursday. I was home Thursday, no delivery no communication. Friday morning, i called their number, no answer. Then i decided to sent email again, what a stupid respond *sorry for the inconvenience caused *.. Is this company for real😔🤔. I have ordered workbooks for school kids. This delay is affecting kids at school. Also affecting my business as a service provider.
