Bad service form Courier it service.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. Yesterday, 11/02/2025, I was assured that my parcel would be delivered the same day. However, as of today, it has still not arrived.

When I called ***, I was informed that there was no record of my parcel’s whereabouts and that tracking would be done. That was over two hours ago, yet I have received no update. When I attempted to follow up, my calls went unanswered, and on the rare occasion that someone did pick up, I was transferred from one agent to another until the call was abruptly cut off.

The level of service I have experienced is completely unacceptable. Courierit’s handling of customer inquiries and deliveries gives the impression that they are doing clients a favor rather than fulfilling their professional obligation. Companies that rely on Courierit for deliveries should reconsider their choice of courier service, as this level of disregard for customers is highly unprofessional.

I expect an urgent response and immediate resolution regarding the status of my parcel. Please provide me with a definitive delivery time and an escalation contact in case further issues arise.
