Bad service

The delivery service is pathetic, I got my mtn parcel at their warehouse somewhere at Isando. It has been more than 11 days of calling to their landline and getting rude responses while they fail to deliver for me at Pomona Kempton Park.Someone must remind them that the customer pays the bills, If only I had a choice , another courier would serve MTN better.
