Bad service empty promise

<p>Earlier on I called to find out about my delivery for the above reference number and I was advised by valentia that the driver Vincent said he will deliver it today around 15H00 and if I'm not home they will not leave it and he's not going to come back.</p> <p>I left work immediately which always around five past 1 till now no delivery or any update I make an effort to call now I spoke to Lulama the driver can't be tracked now the delivery might be tomorrow.</p> <p>The question I ask whose gonna have to leave work agian to come wait agian? Me I have e wasted 5 hours of my productive time which I won't be compensated for.</p> <p>Vincent is on your pay roll whoever you can't locate him during work hours what does it say about your work ethics employees can go galavat during work hours and not fulfill orders is that what courier IT is saying to me as it's customer.</p> <p>I have been awaiting that parcel since Sunday and it's a device which I'm now so skeptical and worried if it will reach since you can't track your employees during working hours.<br />I am fumming prefously as I left what puts food on my table to wait for an order whilst your employees fail to do what they are paid for.</p> <p>Long story short I need that device today or I am going to escalate this to even the directors themselves.</p>
