Bad service delivery

<p>I am waiting for a package that was couriered from CPT to BFN on Monday.</p> <p>According to the tracking of the parcel it was loaded in vehicle 08:50 this morning (Thursdya) in BFN.</p> <p>It is now 15:30 and I am still waiting for my parcel. The Cape Town office eihter does not answer their phones or put you on hold without ever getting transferred. Although the offer to take a message I doubt I will receive a call back. There is no alternative number (contact number in BFN or of the driver) available to follow up.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have ordered this package from Imagemakers Corportate Wear. If it is the case that these courier service are their preferred shipping vendor I will think twice before ordering anything from them in the future.</p>
