Bad service delivery

I expected a delivery yesterday from Telkom, I have been tracking my parcel since I received the sms from Telkom that my parcel is out. Yesterday 16h30 a note was made on my tracking profile that I was unavailable when I was at home, I didnt receive a call from no one, I emailed the proof of my calls to the George branch, I hate bad service delivery. It show that the George branch is open from 08h00 until 13h00 I called the number on their website, and the numbet stay unavailable. This is very poor service.

When RAM deliver a parcel, I get a call from them to say they on their way or they are outside, I didnt receive any of the kind from Courierit.
