BAD SERVICE DELIVERY

I was to receive a cell phone on Friday 3rd July. I specifically made a point of being at my address at a specific time to take delivery. Obviously being a Friday they wanted to finish early so no delivery. I contacted on Saturday and was told thge reason for non delivery was that I was not available even though I contacted them by phone on the Friday. Total lies. Now they say they can deliver on Monday. The result of this bad service was that for a time MTN cut my phone off thinking I was now operating my new phone. No messages or calls could be made good job no emergencies. I DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
