Bad service

Message: I have a complaint about courier it. My parcell was sent to them on the 12.11.2024 and today it has not need delivered. Tracker shows it reached my area on the 14.11.2024 however customer service either let me hold on the line it it drop or then don't pick up the phone. No response on follow up emails either. parcel AZA***7
