Bad Service Courierit Cape Town

These guys don't know what customer service is about I had to contact then regarding my parcel because their was no update on their portal for my parcel after I was told it will be delivered on Monday the 14.02.2022, when I contacted them they just informed me the parcel is on the floor they don't know why it didn't go out but it will be delivered on the 15.02.2022.
