BAD SERVICE: COURIER IT

The worst service provide ever, i really don't know why Telkom are using it and they're full lies. Yesterday 15/03/2023 i received a message saying my delivery failed at my address and i never received a call from the driver, i then called CourierIT to follow up on my delivery and i was promised delivery today. And i called again today they are saying my delivery is not out and it will be done today.

My question is how can delivery be done before calling me and without confirming if the delivery address is correct?
