Bad service

Courierit has very bad service as they say they will deliver but never do I had to cancel my order because they do not want to deliver my package

I have been trying to sort this issue out for 2 days now with them just saying its still coming, I have spoken to numerous agents to try and sort this out but they either hang up or leave the call on hold for more than 20 min at a time
