Bad service

I had a bad experience with Courierit, my delivery wasn't done thank to the customer service lady. I stayed at home whole day waiting for my package, and I called the Durban office and the lady said it will be delivered before 5pm, and nothing was delivered and now they writing problem with the address that why they didn't deliver
