Bad service

I got a bad service. I have been waiting for my delivery. They said they were going to deliver on the 27/10/2022, but they did not, they then said on the 28/10 but they did not. I called on the 30/10 they said they will deliver on the 01/11 but still the did not. I called today and spoke to Asath Legodi and he could not assist me and the transferred me to sales supervisor Mbali who could not also assist me telling me that my area is a high risk. Then if it's a high risk why do they accept orders from my area. When ever I called they kept on putting me on hold for a long time. I am still waiting for my parcel which I do not know when I will get it.
