Bad service and unkept promise

We were expecting delivery on the 4th of November 2024. I have been on the call with them and everyday they promise that it is out on delivery. Today is the 20th of November 2024, still have not received my parcel. What a terrible service!!! To top it all, they do not answer their phone!!!
