Bad Service and rude staff members

This is the worst company ever to do business with. They are very un proffessional specifically the Cape Town offices. The driver is currently driving with my parcel for the past seven days without delivering it.

When I call their offices calls are drpped om you and finally I got hold of the Supervisor. She had the audacity to tell me she does not know what I expect her to do because she has sent the information to the driver. These people deserve zero stars.
