Bad service and No delivery as promised

I had a bad experience with their service. I received an sms to expect delivery at home. I called the call centre and waited more than 20 min only to be told what i can see on the app ie delivery is coming with no expected time. Nothing was delivered and no one contactrd me to give feedback. I called the call centre again this morning and Elizabeth told me the same story. She couldn't tell why it wasn't delivered and but bold enough to tell me that they dont deliver on Sat with no apology. I don't know if I will get my parcel or not!!!!!
