Bad service and no communication

I am waiting for parcels to be delivered. I contacted them yesterday and eventually got 1 parcel. After receiving the parcel i went out for the day. To my surprise i received an sms that another parcel could not be delivered as i was not contactable. No phone call or sms was received. I then selected the option to change the deliver address as I am on leave. Today i received another sms to say thay i was not contactable again with no sms or phone call received. I called their contact centre only to be told that they do not contact the recipients as over 200 calls would have to be made. This is unacceptable as i now wonder how i will be notified tomorrow at work that they are there??? I also was informed that i would be notified a day before the delivery date, but so far i only got sms's the day of delivery. I would not recommend this company to anyone and certainly would not use it by choice.
