Bad Service and Empty Promise by Courier IT

I ordered a phone from Telkom which was couriered to me today. I work on the 5th floor of our building. Got a call from our parcel guys, when I got downstairs the courier it guy has already left. I called the office and was told by Natasha that he'll be back after 3. I called back and spoke to Darren who now says he'll only come next week. ???????????? What irritates me more is that I called Courier IT this morning to tell them I'll be available after 1.30pm & the driver should call me on my cell but none of that happened. He was here at 1.15pm and didn't even call my cell and didn't even wait for 5 mins for me to get to our mailroom. I need that phone delivered urgently, it's my niece's birthday tomorrow and it's her gift.
