bad service and bad attitude

my company has been working with courier it for a while now, but im beyond dissapointed.<br> We lodged a collection on the 19 /03/2015 the parcel was supposed to be collected on that day only to find the parcel was not collected! that same is supposed to be delivered at cape town on the 20/03/2015 at 09:00am..... Im very angry and im even thnking of moving my business else where
