BAD SERVICE

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received concerning the delivery of my package, tracking number ATSD496186.

Firstly, the service has been exceptionally poor. Despite assurances from your company, my package has not been delivered on time. I have been given conflicting information regarding the status of my package, which has caused significant inconvenience.

Moreover, I was falsely informed that an attempt was made to deliver my package. I have been home during the supposed delivery attempts, and no attempt was made. This is unacceptable and has caused unnecessary delays.

I expect better service from a reputable courier company like yours. I request that you investigate this matter promptly and ensure that my package is delivered as soon as possible. Additionally, I would appreciate an explanation for the misleading information I received.
