Bad Service

Very disappointed in the service I received, my order was outside however I did not receive a call and then I received a message that delivery failed. I tried calling the call center and after a while finally got in touch with Lerato" she said was going to confirm my order and call me back, after sometime I called again and was directed to another agent and was told they would call me back however again no one called. I eventually resorted to send a mail, I received a reference number and then a few minutes later it was cancelled by "Janine Synders" with no explanation as to why even if I may of sent it to the wrong email group a reply would of been better than just closing the request although I did send this through *** so not sure what I did wrong?
