Your driver Obed came to my house this morning to deliver my parcel only to find that their speed point was not working and they left. Please make sure that my parcel is delivered today before 14h00 as this was not my fault and I will be away, called the customer service and spoke to Taniel who was not helpful and told me the problem can only be resolved by Asaph.
