Bad service

I am so disappointed my delivery was suppose to be delivered on Friday but the car broke down understandably, but no one called me to inform me about this I have to find out myself . I called on Monday and was told it will be tomorrow meaning Tuesday, when I call today which is Tuesday I am advised it tomorrow. When I ask why tomorrow because that what was said yesterday the guy dropped a call on me and had to call again I am so hurt as that delivery is meant to be my sons birthday gift
