Bad Service!

Very Bad service!

I've been waiting for my parcel to be delivered for more than a week now. Calling, tweeting and emailing them did not help at all. I always get different answers all the time.

No one has called me at all. Today I was told to come fetch it myself at their Cape Town depot. This is not the first time it has happened. Last time I went to go and fetch it and it seems to becoming a habit now.

No one is willing to help at all.
