Bad service.

I had a problem with my delivery address so I called wanting to make sure that it arrives at my house, firstly i had to wait 10 minutes to be connected to an agent and when i finally got connected the agent gave me an attitude I didn’t even finish the call, very rude. And then when i try to track my order it doesn’t show where the driver is, it just shows the whole South African map, so I don’t know if I’m the one that’s supposed to guess where the driver is or what.There is no communication you don’t even know if your package is coming or how
