Bad service

I've never dealt with such *********** CS agent calls Assaf, my delivery was supposed to have been delivered on the 2nd Dec, but it wasn't I spoke with the agent whom he told me that he will check with ops dept to see if my delivery was collected by the 3rd party agent it was around 14h30, whom.he promised me that the best he can do it will be Monday delivery but never happened. This morning I called him @ 07h30 I was then told that he starts at 08h00, I left the message with receptionist but never bother to all me I did numerous call until 16h00 asking about my delivery and denying that he never received it including his manager whom she never bother to return my call.
