Bad service

I have such a bad service from courierit. I have called the Jhb call Centre more than 20 times today trying to locate my parcel. I was told the driver will call me 30min before he arrives. When I call again I'm told that the driver does not call. I called again and again telling the call Centre agent to ask the driver how far he is, that he should call me. I'm still waiting for the parcel even now. I was suppose to leave Joburg today after 5pm but I cannot because of the useless service I have received. I cannot leave without the parcel. I was given the drivers number " ********** 578" and I was told he will wait at the Glen shipping Centre. He is not picking up his phone.

The has to be the worst service ever. The call Centre agent are also not willing to assist.
