Bad service.

Hi.

I would like to make a complaint regarding this company as i order a phone from telkom and this was the team that had to deliver my phone however i called them on Friday to deliver my phone on Monday as they got my phone on the 20th of March. I called them this Morning and they said that they can not deliver as the drivers left however i had to take my 3month old baby to the hospital however i could not do so as they said i will have my phone today and when i told this to the customer service team all they said was they will delver my phone on the Tuesday as i will not be at work on that day. I am really not happy with this service and would like the customer service team look in to this for me.
