Bad service

My parcel from Telkom suppose to be delivered by CourierIt last week, telkom gave wrong address and parcel was not delivered. I than called Courierit and gave them correct info, they said parcel will come out this week on Tuesday, I waited and noting arrived. I than called today and they said driver left and my parcel wont be delivered anytime soon. I am so disappointed in courierIt service.
