Bad service

Worst service ever

I recieved a message that my long awaited package would be delivered today, between 8am and 5pm. The package was to be delivered at work. I was done at work by 15h30 and had to wait for the package, so I sat in my car and tracked my package according to their system the package was on the way, so I continued to wait. At 16h55 I decided to call them as the package had still not arrived and I was told that the driver had entered that I was unavailable to recieve the package at 16h00 and so he left and was no longer in the area. I then made the consultant aware that I have been waiting for the delivery and had not recieved any call or communication from their driver and they should please ask them to come back as I was still waiting. She said I should continue waiting and she would get the driver to call me through their contact center.

I waited for another 30min and no one called me, so I called them and was essentially told by a different consultant that there is no way they are sending the driver back. So not only did I not get my package, their driver **** and claimed I was unavailable without even trying to contact me but they waisted my time. Time I will never get back and they where not even willing to accept that their driver was at fault
