BAD SERVICE

I gave the company a call enquiring about my parcel, i was told that it out for delivery and i will be contacted but that never happened. The following day i called and was told that my parcel is in the W/House its not out for delivery, there was no respond from my side when i was called but i was never called. This is the worst service from the delivery people i have ever recieved. I will not recommend the company for reliability at all..I am still waiting for my Parcel which i hope i will get soon.
