Bad service

I was @ work & got a text saying my parcel wil be delivered today i took a half day immediately waited but unfortunately my parcel didn’t arrive when I track it say unfortunately they couldn’t not deliver just like that?the guy for my parcel is Amos chokwe this os unprofessional managed courier service with poor communication
