BAD SERVICE !!!!!!

What a useless company, got a confirmation sms that my delivery will be thursday 3 december, waited untill 5pm and still NO delivery, called the listed number numerous times with NO answer, Eventually got through an hour later and was told the driver couldnt make it, NO notification about this given. Today december 4th same story, it is now 1h27pm and NO one can assist m eor tell me where my package is. USELESS USELESS USELESS!!!! what a **** company!
