BAD SERVICE

<p>Good day All</p> <p>I purchased items from China and paid for delivery with the supplier. <br />When goods came into South Africa you want to slap me with an admin fee, inspection fee (supposedly charge by customs) plus added the vat and duty.<br />I think you are ripping people off and making easy money for easy paper work.</p> <p>I have asked that the extra charges been explained to me and still no one has gotten back to me regarding this.<br />We are the only country charging delivery and receiving fee.</p> <p>I will be taking this further.</p> <p>This is unacceptable.</p> <p>Can I please get some feed back before end of Business, my company is losing money because you do not answer my mails.</p> <p>Regards</p>
