Bad service

<p>Tried tracking a parcel since Monday to find out what date and time they will be delivering, I contacted the Cape Town branch and was waiting for over two minutes, no answer. Phoned again and same issue. Send an e-mail and they asked for my waybill number, since then no response.</p>
