Bad service

To be honest, they dont even deserve a 1 rating... The service I have received is bad... Bad is still anunderstatement too... I receivex an sms saying my parcel is due to be delivered on 25th of March and that I should be available at the given address. I waited all day with no number to call. Itracked my order all day and then suddenly at past 5 theres an update stating that my address doesnt exist. No one called to ask about my address or even notified me. I googled for a number and called them. I was then told that they only work till 5pm and id have to wait for or my parcel the next day. On the 26th i got my sms again and waited yet again. Trying to get hold of them again, the lady who answered told me its out to be delivered and she couldnt give me a number to call the driver. But reassured me that the driver would call me. I waited yet again. No call & no email andhen again suddey my tracking shows its a high risk area. Icalled to understand whats going on and even offered to collect my parcel myself but they promise to call me back and im still sitting here waiting... 20 min to 5pm and still no news...
