Bad drivers

It is my first time receiving a parcel through courier it, but already I am disappointed with their services .Yesterday on the 15th of May 2024 I received an sms about my delivery being on the way, yet nothing came. I waited to the point that I was late for work but nothing and I received this stil leaflet page from a link I received that does nothing but show you a lie that my parcel was loaded into a vehicle that never comes. again on the 16th of May 2024 i received another sms saying the same thing that a driver is on the way but still the same this repeated itself nothing happened.

I had to call the company at 17:20 when i spoke to Lerato who promised to call me back but never did, at 17:45 I called back again for more then 20 times with the phone not being answered, after 30 tries Fusi called back at 18:09 from seeing the missed calls i guess and told me that the driver of the delivery wrote that i was not available on the phone when he called me for delivery. I was shocked because the driver by the name of Ivo Samuel Carlos shown on the still map of the link I was sent never called me.

I asked to speak to the drivers supervisor Fusi said he is not available. She said his name was Marks and he will be available on Monday. I then asked Fusi to lay a complaint against the driver she said she will and I asked again how will I know that she did so she said all calls are recorded if she doesn't lay that complaint she will also be disciplined.

I am also sending this email with no expectations of any king of response seeing what i have yesterday and today the driver lying.
