BAD DELIVERY SERVICE

I paid for my parcels to be collected 13/011/2025 and delivered to Germiston by Friday Am 17/01/2025 for the latest. I paid the courier amount for road delivery which is 3 days. Its the 20th today and the parcels have yet to be delivered. These parcels was supposed to leave for the DRC 18/01/2025. Courier IT cant give me answers why this parcels have not been delivered and I have been requesting this information since 15/01/2025. Every time i call I'm asked to please hold for up 30min at a time. I want to know where my parcels are and why is not being delivered. Vey bad customer service and i will never used this service again, WAYBILL
