Bad delivery method and bad follow up on my delivery.

I ordered a phone via Telkom mobile and i got a notification that it will be delivered today by ten so i waited till now at 2pm and when i call them they keep extending the hours and now the driver is not picking up his or her phone and im waiting at work for my package worth R14 000.

I don't recommend anyone to use this company for any courier purposes.
